Shipping

• All Products are shipped via Australia post

• Products will always be shipped within the designated manufacturing timeframe, any shipping delays beyond that point will no longer be in our responsibility 

Exchange or Refund

• In the case of a product either being faulty or not correct, an exchange or refund can be issued

• For exchange the product must be shipped upon customers costs and a new item will not be shipped until the previous has been received

• No exchanges or refunds will be issues if the product is perfectly fine and does exactly what it is said to do. Change in mind will not be accepted as a reasoning
