PRODUCT CARE:
Ensure microwave is clean & dry before placing the heat pack in
In order to not over heat, start at 1 minute and go up in 20 second intervals until desired temperature 
Do not submerge the heat pack in water. Do not heat the heat pack while wet
When heating, flip the heat pack over half way, to ensure the heat is distributed evenly 
Do not leave the heat pack unattended whilst in the microwave
