The Back Wrap Rice Heat pack is perfect for aches and pains predominantly in the lower back region but can be universally used around the neck and other regions of the body. It has a Velcro strap to ease tasks being carried out without having to physically hold it.

Rice pack: One size - 39cm x 17 cm
Small to Medium: Comfortable fit - 72cm to 110cm around the waist
Medium to large: Comfortable fit - 85cm to 135cm around the waist
Large to Extra Large: Comfortable fit - 110cm to 155cm around the waist

PRODUCT CARE:
- Ensure microwave is clean & dry before placing the heat pack in
- In order to not over heat, start at 1 minute and go up in 20 second intervals until desired temperature
- Do not submerge the heat pack in water. Do not heat the heat pack while wet
- When heating, flip the heat pack over half way, to ensure the heat is distributed evenly
- Do not leave the heat pack unattended whilst in the microwave
